how do you remove the front bumper on a gs400 99, need to get the headlamps out thanks

i need to take the bumper off to take the headlights out, it won't come out otherwise, too much crap in there, wont' come, please help, i looked on the DIY kings' site, and i need to get the bumper off

Joe did not remove the bumper to get the headlight out. it's very hard.

I removed the bumper and posted the instruction on my website
