Default question for 14yr old gs4

I have a 98 gs4 with over 255k miles on it. Just curious if i should use only oem parts or are aftermarket parts ok? I need a new MAF sensor, waterpump, and fix the front suspension. My steering wheel shakes around 50-60mph.

Not sure what you are going to fix. I would go with OEM for the suspension parts (UCA, LBJ) and aftermarket parts for the rest.

THere are some good aftermarket brands out there that are just as good as OEM... Moog and others offered on ebay are pretty well made from what i've heard. With the mileage at 255K you probably don't want to put a bunch of money into it the car when the same parts can be had for half price from good companies.

If you feel more comfortable with OEM then check out our Vendor Sewell... Good prices and we get a CL discount..

Second that!

I would actually buy aftermarket suspension parts and get original timing belt components/water pump and maf sensor. As said before Moog is good and you can get Aisin (OEM) timing belt kit at RockAuto.
