My neighbors who both drive GS400s said theirs won't program either and they use the big bulky clickers! I followed the steps to the letter of clearing out the previous settings, following the steps with the flashes of lights and everything and NOTHING! I REALLY want to use my opener IN MY CAR! (sorry about the tantrum) Is anyone else having this issue?
I never could get the homelink to work in my two GS's and IS with the instructions in the Lexus manual. I used the instructions in my trucks manual and they work perfect.

Garage door opener in car doesn't work
