Default Disable cabin air filter

The fan in the glove compartment makes this spat-spat-spat noise that I'd like to get rid of. Since I don't really care about the cabin filter, is there any suggestions to just stop it from working? Like a fuse? Or a cable I can slice?
Thanks.

There are some debris/leaves are stuck on top of the blower motor. Remove the trash and noise will be gone

If you really want to get rid of it, just remove the cabin air filter from the filter housing.

Going in with the intent to blow the air out - I discovered plastic pieces from the fan lip were broken. Teared these out. Fans quite now. Thanks!

So what you're saying is that you don't need the blower motor anymore? Just don't turn on your fan then.

He's saying his fan is making noise, and he already fixed it....

Correct. The damage on the lip was pretty obvious once I put my hand in there. I have no idea how it happened (purchased used).
But the idea to go in there with a can of air, and just feel around any debris solved it for me.
