Default A little burning oil smell

Lately, for about a week now. I am been having this little smell of burning oil when stop at the traffic light. I can smell it when the fan is on and taking air from outside in. This just happened after I got the oil change at a 76 Oil Lube Service. I supplied the oil filter, which I bought from a Lexus dealer and Mobil 1synthetic oil 5W-30 from Costco. I looked around and under the hood but no visible oil. I even touch and run my hand around the oil filter and it dry. The real main seal has been leaking but very small amount of oil hanging below and just right before the tranny and real engine block met. it so little that I don't even see the oil stain where I parked the car, at work or at home. Where and what could be the cause that burning smell? I took the car to three garage and they all said beside the real main seal is leaking. they couldn't or find anywhere else that is leaking oil. Anyway, I haven't done the timing belt, water/P, cam seals, crank/shaft seal, and whatever seal is there that need to be done at 90K miles service. My currently at 97K.

Well, you already got your answer from the mechanic. I will add valve cover gaskets.
