Did you meant the trailing/caster arm? See the link below. Please point me to it. I am having the timing belt done tomorrow and will ask the mechanic to take a look.

At that mileage, you really can't complain. Sad that happened, but you knew you were rolling dices every time you drove your car, especially with all of the threads on this site.

Yes castor arm, sorry I come from a 240sx background and to me that arm is called a tension rod

This is easily fixed, by soldering new wires in. No sense in replacing the sensor if it was just the harness that went out. Same thing happened to me, luckily my brother had a ton of wiring left over from when he stripped down his drift car.

I don't think the right caster/trailing arm failure is/was a coincidence. My co-worker who has a 2002 GS, his caster arm was replaced cause it was cracked. I am having a very very minor vibration when doing 80mph coming from the right front end at well. The mechanic suspecting it could be either the Tie Rod or the Trailing/Caster arm.

Sucks to hear OP but glad you are okay. Although it appears that the 98-00 GS' seem to be the years with the LBJ issue, I have set of OEM LBJ's in the garage that need to be installed. I just have to order my FIGS parts so I can replace the parts at the same time.

Caster arm, radius arm, tension rod, they get used interchangeably doesn't really matter it is just describing the arm that locates a lower control arm that is not a wishbone/a-arm type.
