Default Got 20's, Now need smaller tire.

Well I had a chance to pick up a decent set of wheels for next to nothing. They werent what i was looking for but the price made them very sexy. All i have is one pic for now. Will take more when I clean it up a little. O they are 20x10.5 +38 rears with a 285/30 rear and 20x9 +20 245/35 fronts

i don't see how you guys ride so low. i've got 20x10.5 +29 rears and i just finished adjusting my suspension. i've got the rear fenders even with the top of the tires, 245/35's.

i have 20x10 +40 with a 275/35 in the rear and can was almost that low, but the fronts are only 20x8.5 +35 and i ripped apart my front fenders getting up my driveway that low. so i raised it up about an 1". now i am tucking about a 1/2" of tire and it rides great, no rubbing at all. of course i have my suspention set up more for "spirited" driving.

The fenders are a low priority. Doesn't stop me from driving. Other items will b installed first. I'm a performance guy.

Is it safe to take them out? Won't damage anything?
