down where i live the cops are notorious for pulling people over for the slightest mods (exhaust and lowering mainly). but if you are driving around slammed with crazy camber it seems to me that cops would be all over that like flies on $h!t. so, do you guys get harassed alot?

I live right next to a college so it seems like cops let certain things slide since theres alot of modded cars around here. The only things they seem to pay attention to are if your front windows are tinted 5% or if you have HID conversion kit and you have somethin 10k or higher(color) .

cops always run my tag....i mean im tinted all around...but leave the sunroof open for some sunlight..lol....people say we look like drug dealers....

^ This. I don't have 5% tint but when I was slammed I had a lot of cops trail me and run my tags. They never stopped me, but they did run my tags a lot.

i used to stay on the not so pleasant side of north dallas and it was riddled with cops daily. i was slammed on weds with 5% all around and im black, but i never had any problems. the cops basically witnessed me put my car together so they knew me. i had my kids with me most of the time plus im not into the gutter life so no trouble for me

Well, if you think about it, the VIP look supposedly has it's roots from the Yakuza (read somewhere that the Yakuza started this look while I was researching the VIP phenomenon), hence the gangster look, lol, so maybe the cops naturally tend to gravitate to hassle anybody with the VIP look, so in a sense, VIP is truly gangsta!!!

depends on the area... i havent necessarily been hassled and maybe its cause i live in the suburbs.. in fact, i've caught a number of cops jockin trying to act like theyre not. hah

I drive all over SoCal with my car & nothing yet
Pass by cops all the time & they give me ""
CHP runs my plates for sure when they see me doing 60-65mph when everyone else is doing 70+
I had two friends get "Unsafe vehicle" tickets both had -10+camber

If you are lowered, got exhaust, loud, tinted windows - you are likely to be pulled over. Especially in LA area.

I have been right next to cops at a red light & nothing(& I look like someone a cop would pull over for the hell of it)
As long as your driving normal you will be fine
