2001 GS430 tail lights for less?

where can I find a good deal on the revised 01 gs430 tail lights? are they usually readily available in stock? are they easy to install? my 99 gs400 is my first lexus ever and I just got it 2 weeks ago and am suprised to find that so many aftermarket things are available for the gs
