Default Does 20x9 w/ +38, need to roll fenders?

Just like the Title states, I'm looking to go 20's and I found Wheel Style I really like but the Specs are 20X9 +38 offset. I need to know if I need to roll fenders on my 2GS?

Thanks

Thanks! I wasn't sure because I knew someone with close specs who ran a 20x9 setup with +35 offset and he had to roll his fenders..

I was thinking of running 235/35-20 tire which can fit, be it 9 width max on that tire but now considering a 255/30-20 because of the Width.

Which tire would you go with 235/35-20 OR 255/30-20 ??
