I had this HID fog light mod for few years now and did the Banangs DIY fog light mod.

Here is the problem. The HID bulb burnt so I bought 2 more HID bulbs. After 2 weeks, the fog light just not turn on at all.
1) I checked the foglight fuse on the fuse box by the driver side and is fine.
2) I swapped the HID bulbs back to regular 9006 light bulb and still doesn't turn on.

I can hear the electronic clicks when I slowly turn on the fog light.

Does anyone know where I can check next? Thanks!

Check the wires that u added to do the mod? The ones that goes into the relay, etc. also check the fuse where u wired the power source. Hope it helps

Check if theres power to the wire.

like BB said, check the wires that go to the OEM relay, those can get burnt after several clicks because they spark up sometimes

Its kind of late yesterday before sunset, I went to check the fuse of the fog light and the fuse that the fog light tapped to, both were fine. I didnt have time to open the steering wheel to check the continuity from the multimeter from the steering wheel and took all the wire off and plug the relay back to original setting. The fog light turned on when I turn on the headlight with the fog light switch.

I guess it may as BBRolex said that the wire coming down from the steerring wheel has the problem. I will try to do it next time. The steering wheel takes about 1/2 hour to take off and put it back.

I also found out my DRL is off when my car started and no light turned on.....????
