In all honesty, I would DIY chrome your OEM '98 grille, then paint the new grille gloss black so you could change the look whenever you wanted to.

Do u really own a gs? I only ask because i dont think anyone on here would cut a hole in a $65 grill toput a $35 oem emblem into basically something they already had...

Lol yes I own a gs, I figure if I mess it up I'll order a new oem grille.. That's just me..

If u lived somewhere else than mars i'd give u my stock diy chrome grill just so u wouldnt drive around with what u are about to attempt... But i'd have to charge u for no more ridiculous threads. Good look with ur projects i have a feelin ur just gettin started

Lol I changed it to PA, no more ridiculous threads about junk aftermarket parts guys, was trying to lighten people up.... Imma good dude..

Thanx bro - im all about gettin that money but sometimes u gotta give to recieve. We dont know his situation maybe he's doin the best he can with what he's got in the bank or maybe he's just what his threads seem... Who knows. I just know i got a grill from a CL member that i absolutely love and my stock is just sitting on a shelf. It deserves a mount. I just hope op takes the opportunity orherwise u can. No biggie.
