I have it lowered on coilovers and its evened out. When I went to get it aligned the right side is a lot worse. Shouldn't it be about the same?

There's a big difference on the rear camber.
Ask the alignment tech if there were any camber adjustments made. It depends on how low your drop is with the dampers. If your car is too slammed, then you'll need aftermarket camber kits. The 2GS has factory camber adjustments, but only to a certain degree.

I actually saw him adjusting. He says he couldn't really adjust. He tried, but he showed me that the more he adjusted the more the bolt will just bend. I asked what if he adjusted with tires up in the air. He said when it goes back down it will put a lot of stress on it. He says I will need a camber kit. My car has 20s and sits right above tires with no gap. I'll post a pic of my ride height later.

The left and right camber does not have to be exactly the same, but the difference between the two should be within range. That is what the cross camber number is. You are barely out of range in the front, but way out in the rear. Your issue seems to be on the left rear. It doesn't seem to be a ride height issue because it would definitely be noticeable to the naked eye. (you would have to raise it a good amount to get a full degree of positive camber. Check to see if the camber adjustment bar is bent or seized.
