Default Heater Hose Coolant Leak

I discovered a coolant leak from the heater hose. I took my 99 Gs300 to Toyota for the repair and the leak was caused by a missing hose clamp. No big deal until I started driving home after the clamp was replaced. My car ran rough when accelerating which did not happen before going to the Toyota dealership. Somehow coolant got into the spark plug(s) which had to be caused by the mechanic. The mechanic had to remove coolant from the spark plug area. Car runs fine again.
