Default Coilovers VS Shocks and springs

I'm planning on lowering my car. My question which is the best route to go
COIL OVERS or SHOCKS and SPRINGS

03 GS430 18x9.5 R 18.5 F

93 GS 300
01 E320
98 EXPO

nice wheels, friend of mine has them on his SC. anyways i'd advise coilovers simply because you have complete control of how much of a gap you can cover & allow you to adjust the ride setting. search the forum there's picture references on spring combinations and how much of a gap they cover, springs are usually good enough for 20's

Def coilovers. You can set the height to exactly where you want, and can change the height fairly easily anytime

If you haven't made your decision yet, I do agree with everyone else about the coilovers. Complete control your ride height, complete control of your stiffness (depending on the coilovers you get) and complete awesomeness lol can't go wrong with coilovers!

I would never consider anything other than coilovers.

You'll end up buying twice. If you want to save time and money, get coilovers.

them wheels, are they really 18's? they look tiny. Maybe, its the 4x4 messing with my eyes.
