Yep I thought the same thing..i was told 3m industrial strength...from experience putting on mine, have a friend help you put the trunk wing. its super sticky
or you can go to home depot, osh, or any hardware stores and get some polyurethane adhesive and use that WITH the 3m tape....just a suggestion, but I hear 3m works good.

the good 3m double sided tape is rediculously strong. I just took my WIN spoiler off my car after bieng on for years, I cant tell you how hard it was to get off.

You don't need any adhesive. As Turbopimp said, the good industrial 3m tape (which is $20-25 I believe) is all you need. I wasted time however trying to use the 1/2" size first. The smaller size worked perfect but is hard to find. My roof spoiler is held by the same stuff.
Yes, I understand 3m double sided tape works fine..just giving the OP advices and options so he doesn't feel unsecured about it flying off or if any thieves decides to steal; even though, thieves will take anything if they really wanted it.
