it's fine, i installed my spoiler over a year ago, it's still back there. cleaned the area good, and used the small width 3m tape.

or you can go to home depot, osh, or any hardware stores and get some polyurethane adhesive and use that WITH the 3m tape....just a suggestion, but I hear 3m works good.

You don't need any adhesive. As Turbopimp said, the good industrial 3m tape (which is $20-25 I believe) is all you need. I wasted time however trying to use the 1/2" size first. The smaller size worked perfect but is hard to find. My roof spoiler is held by the same stuff.

Yes, I understand 3m double sided tape works fine..just giving the OP advices and options so he doesn't feel unsecured about it flying off or if any thieves decides to steal; even though, thieves will take anything if they really wanted it.

USE

3M Acrylic double sided tape. get it on ebay, amazon or any paint shop/body shops.

This will LITERALLY hold it to the point where it cant even be stolen. I have it on my rear lip, roof spoiler and TTE lip.
