I still don't understand what you are trying to prove about what I said.

Polyurethane bushings as a whole are made to counter the problem of deterioration of original rubber bushings while not increasing vibration or harshness in ride.

If you were to replace a poly or rubber bushing with a solid bushing you will increase vibration by as much as 80%. Essentially you are fusing the parts.

Just because the actual shaft, rubber and bearing deteriorate doesnt mean we automatically place a solid bushing in place of the poly or rubber bushing.

Furthermore; there should be some movement within the steering rack. Very negligible movement at that.

We're replacing parts on out 10+ year old vehicles that have deteriorates due to usage and various weather conditions but were also replacing it with parts that are of a "upgrade" of sorts but also that have not been tested for 100,000+ miles.

So it looks like you nailed it! Congrats!

After all this supsension work that I have done to my GS changing out inner ball joints, I believe made the biggest improvement when it comes to shake. As for handling obviously Daizen bushings and steering pre-tensioner.

Btw how much diod it cost you to do force-balance? I remember looking into it while back but it was almost like $200 here in Nor CA.....
