Default Wheel Guru's! Looking for flushed fitment.

Hey ClubLexus, I've got a question for you all.

I have a GS400 which I plan on lowering with coilovers. I'm looking for a 19' wheel that would be flushed with my fender (while allowing for some rubber to show) and allow for minimal-moderate camber. I hope you have an idea what I am looking for.

Here's what I'd like to know:
-How wide can I go on the front and rears to meet my criteria and still allow for turning.

If my description was confusing, take a look at the image. This fitment is what I want for the GS.

It's more about specs than the actual wheel. You can run a 19x9+5 up front and it'll be flush with the fender.
