02 GS300 P0430 Code - intermittent CEL?

my CEL comes and goes intermittently. Code says P0430 Cat Conv Bank #2. I replaced the O2 sen and Cats about 1 year ago. Surely, they're not bad already?

Anyone else with this issue? Any workarounds?

Check for exhaust leaks. That was my problem with that code.

I had that same exact problem back in january leak at the flange from cat to pipe .... 50 fix at most most muffler shops

I just took it down to have the exhust checked. No leaks, anywhere! Durn-it.

Any other suggestions?

Anyway to get around having Lexus dealer replace the CATS?
