Default Shifter Help! NOOOB

Hello Fellas, Need Help with my shifter i want to know if its my transmission or my shifter assembly.. and how can i fix it ...its bugging the crap outta me.... o ya i searched too.

Honestly, I'm not gonna waste your time and speculate. Either way, that center console has to come off. I have done it 1000 times and it's cake. Once everything is off, take a bunch of pictures and report back. I'd like to also mention it's not healthy to be axe kicking your shifter. No really, HOW'D THAT HAPPEN?!

Dude i bought it like this... well i took the center wood thing out.... or did u mean the whole thing?
