I think I have a fuel damper issue as the screw moves down when applying throttle and cuts the engine out. I cant rev past 1800 rpm without the engine dying. Just completed timing belt service, waterpump, cam and crank seals. NoCEL yet though. Any suggestions?

 

Checked timing several times and it's fine, so rule that out.
