UPDATE/CASE CLOSED ::: ok. so based off what the toyota mechanic told me, i decided to go ahead and get the new fuel pump kit installed ( pump,filter/sock,seals, ect).. i also decided to get new spark plugs installed and also a fuel injection cleaning ( cause i knew my car was due for it ) . my car starts great now , no more long turn-overs/start ups and no more having to give it gas to keep it from dying,, my GS is idle'n perfect AND NO MORE SHAKING . thanks for all the input from everyone who posted and commented on my thread/issue .

Yeah I hear ya fiend, but like I said in my earlier post. the mechanic traced the issue back to the fuel pump, and the fuel pump was only giving 20psi on cold starts and should be giving 40psi , also once car was turned off no fuel pressure was being held at all. I understand doing the little things diy to troubleshoot , but that's not a road I wanna go down right now, at the toyota service center I payed $80 for them to diagnose and locate the problem so I don't have to waste time troubleshooting. Maybe in another year when I'm done with my school/college ill have more time to try a few DiY projects like the ones you mentioned that will save me some $$. .. believe me I don't enjoy paying the toyota service center 200$ to install spark plugs.
