Hey all, I just got done replacing the door lock actuator motors on my front two doors, and I am having the same problem on both doors: the door locks will not manually lock or unlock, depending on whether it is locked or not. It does this when you try to use the key to unlock it, or when your are inside trying just to lock it. It works fine with the buttons on the key and the switches on the door rests.

Any thoughts on what I might have done wrong would be greatly appreciated!!!

PS: I thought it might have to do with positioning of the gear, not sure on that though..

I read on the DIY write-up that a couple of you guys are having the same problem, can any of you guys chime in on this problem??
