i had the mechanic the take off the bolts and screw them back on loosely. Drove carefully and unbolted them when I got home. PS: Make sure you be careful when under your car and make sure you have your hand-break up. My car fell because i forgot to pull the ebrake and if my car wasn't so high, i wouldn't be here right now. Wish yo luck.

penetrating oil over night should always, always be your first option.
if you dont have an impact gun, use a closed end wrench (open end will is more likely the strip the bolt)/socket.
when applying torque, you have to do it in a quick forceful manner, as if you yourself were the impact wrench.
if that doesnt work, attach the wrench and then hit the wrench with a mallet or similar. or use a cheater/breaker bar. if that doesnt work, perhaps vice grips. and lastly, if all that **** fails for me in my garage i reach for the dremel and cut that **** off
