Rusted bolts on exhaust
Im bout to purchase an exhaust for my GS4 and I was wondering what some of u other members did to make it easier to remove the rusted bolts that the stock exhaust has??

Seafoam Deep Creep, spray it on, wait a few mins.....
And most exhaust systems come with new bolts.....if not, buy some new bolts.
Also, if its a cat back system, sand off the surface rust from the piece that will attach to the new exhaust (get rid of the rust and spray some krylon anti rust paint on it.

Soak them in a penetrating lubricant. Your local auto parts store should have plenty to chose from. If there is enough room it may be easier to just grind them off.

I took it to a mechanic and paid I'm about $10 to bolt them off with the power tool but if yo don't want to do that I've heard torching them and hitting it with an impact gun works. look on youtube.

I agree with everyone, I'd attempt in order:
1. Penetrating lube and hand tools (Breaker bar is good here!).
2. Apply heat (Oxy/Acetylene torch) and an impact gun.
3.Cut the bolts with said torch.
