That's based off of your opinion. If where he lives they have smooth roads, then his setup will function perfectly fine. My cars are slammed no matter what country I've been in or how the roads are and I drive them the same no matter what. Also, there are only a few vehicles in this thread with any performance modifications outside of an axle-back and "maybe" an intake.
Also, there's a big difference between his car and a VIP/VIP-style car (not to knock whiteraven).
