Default P0153 and p0154

So over the weekend I did my plugs and valve cover gaskets. Gasket got pinched and leaked and sprayed 2 quarts of oil all out of the back of the car. Towed it home fixed it problem solved. Drove it and drove hard smoke every where of course from burning off the back of the engine, tranny, cats, and exhaust.

So at the end of the drive cel light, vsc lights come on. I have. Scan gauge so I see code p0153. Reset it. Now on every drive after about 10 minutes I get codes p0153& p0154. Not sure if I just fried these or it could be something else?

Car drives fine and idles great. Well except for the oil drips it still leaves every where from the blow out lol.

Any help would be apprecited fellas! Thanks!

The A/F ratio sensor are contaminated, giving a slow response, therefore CEL is on. TIme to change both of them upstream sensors.

That was my guess that oil got on everything and seeped then heated up and is now causing the sensors not to read well. Today i got code 430 but I think its a by product of the A/F sensors messing up the fuel mixtures

So, what does one do about the P0430?

Also, I had a P0153 and change the most forward o2 sensor, I think it's bank 2 senor 1. Now I'm getting the 2 codes mentioned above, P0153 and P0154.
