Not happy that seatbelt warning bell only dings twice
Ive been in cars that wont stop dinging till you put your seatbelt on. It bugs me when Im driving and I happen to see the flashing light because again someone didnt bother to put on their belt. If there is a way to adjust that sensor so it wont stop dinging till all the belts are on please let me know. One would have thought that with all the features on this car that THAT would have been something standard.

I actually feel the opposite. I hate cars that feel the need to treat me and my passengers like kids, continually nagging me. Seat belts are the rule in my car (and the law in Cali) so I am glad it shuts up after the two beeps since there are times I am in my car not on the road and I don;t need the belt on.
I think you need to train your passengers better. Tell them even Debonair's 4 and 11 year olds put their seat belts on without being told.

That annoying sound when your moving your car from the garage out or in. There are instances when I take my seatbelt off such as when I wash my car, etc. Do I really need my seat belt on when I'm moving it from the street parking to the garage?
Even a simple reminder will help your passengers.

I don't know about you but I notice the seat belt warning light. It's big and red and blinks and is more annoying than a bug on the inside of the windshield. But yeah, just train your passengers to buckle up. It's the law in BC too
If you feel bad about asking or reminding, remember: if they get injured in an accident, it will be on your insurance because you were driving the vehicle. Or worse, ICBC may not cover injury related claims resulting from not wearing a seat belt.

My brother actually got pulled over because one of his passengers was not wearing his seat belt, luckily he got a warning as the driver, his friend got the ticket.
But yes, don't let your passengers screw you over. This is why I love my 2 seaters :P

I agree with the members that dislike the continuous seat belt warning indicators. Since I began driving, I was always taught to always use my belt and to always check my passengers before the car even moves. It's actually one of my pet peeves when people get in my car and think it's optional. If I'm responsible for someone else's life; you can bet I'm taking the option with the least liability.
No scare tactic, but I personally have two paralyzed friends and some that have passed due to accidents where a seat belt could have made all the difference.

I hate the warings I've diasabled them in most the vehicles I've owned as I don't need to be reminded, I was happy the GS only blinked and doesn't beep continuously so I didn't change anything on this car.
But as long as the light is still flashing you can just wire a 12v buzzer or pezio from radioshack, any electronics site, or pull one off an old pc motherboard. It will buzz/beep in conjunction with the blinking of the light.
