First LBJs were Beck Arnley, lasted one year, bought OEM second time. Upper arms from Rock-Auto, got Raybestos because Moog weren't available at the time. I learned my lesson with the Becks, although most here trust Moog.

I'm in the same boat as the OP. Is there anything specific that I should look for? I know most cars have a trouble spot or some part that always gives people trouble

Fair question. The OEMs lasted 50K miles on my car and the Beck Arnleys 6,000. So, at least I know the OEMs will last for a while.

Thats a pretty good deal. Where did you find your car for sale? 6700 is cheap even right now with around 150k miles. I also didnt think that the car couldnt have that many problems because my dad had a ls400 with the 1uz and it was rock solid, never gave any problems. Just had to do the scheduled routine maintenance.
