Default tranny service etc

So considering I recently purchased a GS300, i'm considering updating the servicing. The car only has a little over 12k miles on a 2001, so mileage wise I know its good however its the age that causes me to consider these things plus I have no idea when the last owner addressed them. I'm considering a transmission fluid change, already did an oil change that's a no brainer. I cleaned out the A/C vent as i learned where that was hidden. There's a groupon for 70$ to do the transmission flush which is why it's tempting to opt for it. Any other suggestions and things I should address? I don't want to be completely **** and change everything when there isn't a problem.
