If you have no desire to do an engine swap or na-t then I would highly recommend getting a 400/430 instead..

Here's mine almost 3 years ago when I first got it and it is just lowered w/ stock wheels. After I bought it I parked in the garage and had no intention on driving this thing until it was lowered, it didn't move an inch until I put the coilovers on.

Even with stock wheels the height makes it a whole different vehicle, I was constantly getting compliments on the car totally stock but slammed.

Nice GS3 did you do the lowering yourself or shop do it? I'm in VA also.

2.temp wheels ( by temp i mean..a decent used set u can pick up for 800-1500 bucks)
3.window visors
4.LED tail lights
5.removed stock wing
6.new fitted wheels (after researching what u really want)

i think those were the main things i took care of first..and little things along the way like..HID kits for headlights n fogs and little LED accents here n there..debadging n stuff like that..good luck and happy modding!
3. Do you like them? dumb question, what's the true purpose of these? I've seen some with and with out and can't decide if i like them or not.

Like stated. Lower first, then shoes, then kit/spoiler(etc).
