Any experience with Sewell Lexus new version of Caster arm bushings with inner sleeve
Hello all CL members.
I wanna buy the new version of Sewell Lexus caster arm bushings. It looks like that the new version actually has the built in inner sleeve compare to the previous version which I believe did not have the inner sleeve. I know many members had covered this subject way back before I bought my 99 GS400 but I searched this CL forum but I couldn't find any thread regarding the newer verion. If any members have any experience with the new version of Sewell Lexus caster arm bushings please share. Also, please post the level of difficulty in regard of taking the old bushings out of the caster arms and re-installing the new version.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I called Sewell Lexus part dept few times and I asked the guy to check to make sure the bushing have the built-in inner sleeve and he told me they have 2 version of the bushings. the new version does have the inner sleeve.

I'm considering buying new arms instead of the bushings. Sewell Lexus has very good price indeed.

You are correct. The guy at the part dept. said when You place the order make a note that You want the one with inner sleeve. I dont know y Sewell Lexus doesnt correct this issue. Maybe we should email or talk directly with Daryl Diller perhaps.

Interesting... I talked to Sewell and they told me that there is no old and new bushing and that they have only ever carried one bushing version since they started selling it.
Edit: And just for reference, my Sewell PSB caster bushings arrived today (#537) and they had the inner sleeves included:

i installed mine a few weeks ago and am so far happy with them. I ordered them from sewell for 75 shipped.
the whole process was easy enough and only took me a few hours, i first removed the bushing with a sawzall and made sure to leave the outer shell like the directions from sewell say.
the smoothed out the shell with a pencil grinder with a flapper wheel attached.
lastly i greased the new bushings and pressed them in with a bench vise and socket(i dont have a press)
btw the bushings i got already had the inner sleeve installed so i didn't have to reuse my old one.
