Default New shoes - 17's to 18's

Nothing super exciting and I know it's been done before, but figured D'd post up pics:

02 GS300 Sport Design, stock suspension/springs/etc.

Prior setup:
17x8 235/25/17 GS430 Chrome Replicas

New setup:
18x7.5 245/40/18 LS430 18" OEM wheels

The front actually looks higher than the rear in the second pic, but it isn't. I think the surface was a bit uneven. Mind you there is that stock GS gap up front, but all 4 wheels/tires are the same size.

Opted to go with a 40 series tire rather than a 45, as the 45 looks a little too large to me. The ride quality with the 40 doesn't seem to be compromised on the 18's.

Those LS430 wheels don't look right on a GS at all. I'd stick with the 17" wheels.

Look clean.., Always tried to picture how the LS wheels would look on the GS and I agree, looks a lot more lux with the fat spokes.

Let me know if you want to sale your 17s though

Looked much better before imho.

Its hard to beat stock chrome's but the LS wheels do look decent. I prefer the original look you had. Lowering it on the LS wheels definitely would help.
