There was a GS4 for sale over here when I was looking to buy my GS and he had covered the entire car in that crap. It was on ebay for months! I watched his price go down and down....

Dont do it man!

don't do it, it looks tacky, it's not even glossy, it's flat and the edges will start to come apart after a while. if you have to do it, take it to a professional.

Just buy a VIS carbon hood. It looks good and they are very affordable.

The pro's charge alot BUT you pay for service. You do it yourself, youll have bubbles and stretched material. It isnt as easy as you think but definitely do-able. Use 3M film off eBay and buy a large sheet of it. 3M Carbon Fiber wrap looks damn real, it has grooves and everything. But Carbon fiber Hood on a 2GS to me doesnt mesh well. But to each their own.

Yes use the 3M wrap film. I do this for a living, its not easy plus you need to know what your doing to be able to wrap the edges so you cant see the color of the car from outside.

Im not a fan of it but its what I do for a living.

Check out the link. I highly recommend getting the VIS hood. The fitment on my car was really good. Contact Chris @ Kapu Motortrends 310-948-7716. I'm sure he can set you up.

Thanks for all ur opinions. But I think I'm going to go a different route. Im thinkin about custom painting the hood when I get my new paint job. Imma but black in between the cowl. If that makes sense
