The radiator sits pretty high so being low wont affect it. Are your hoses cracked?

Has your car had any front end work done to it, accident wise ? Maybe the radiator sits crooked. Off topic but did you ever resolve that air suspension purchase from the classifieds ?

Are you buying OEM Toyota radiator, or are you buying an aftermarket radiator? If you buy aftermarket, make sure it's one of decent quality. Some of the really crappy cheap aftermarket rads will tend to seep coolant after a little bit of use.

At first thought, get a new friend LOL (since its breaking in his care) but like others stated that make sure you're replacing it with quality parts preferably OEM parts.
