I did some searching, but I couldn't found what I was looking for. I was wondering what are some things I could replace to get better gas mileage or just upgrade for better performance. I was thinking replacing the spark plugs with NGK laser Iridium, replacing air filter with K&N, changing oil to synthetic oil,.. the car is at 119k btw. Please give me more feedback on what other stuff I should do.

Do a full tune up as though you just bought the car used. ![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Change all the filters (including fuel filter), all the fluids, check tires for wear then inflate and rotate accordingly, clean out anything in the car you don't need (ditching unnecessary weight always improves performance and gas), and clean any dirt/crap under your car and in the wheel wells. I've taken more than 10lbs off the car in just gunk buildup over 200+k miles!
If you want performance mods, there are plenty of routes to go. Have a read of the stickies and ask questions if you still have some afterwards.
