If you go to a smaller hardware store, they usually have more knowledgeable staff who you can ask and have a conversation of your problem compared to HD or Lowes.

Anyway, if it's superglue, from a chemistry perspective the solvent is acetone (nail polish remover).

a plastic razor blade is exactly as it sounds, a razor blade made of plastic. Go to your hardware store and look in the paint/spackle/drywall aisle.

if i were you i'd rather abrade the glue off rather then scrape at it. If it is adhered very well, when you scrape it off it may peel off the paint if the connection between glue and paint is stronger than paint to your metal trunk.

Gasoline and a plastic putty knife........... Let it marinate, i guarantee u can get more of that off with fishing line.......then plastic putty knife... GAS! Ive done it, mine was bad like this on my sonata i had, repeat repeat repeat, lil elbow grease, it will come off trust me, no paint damage

I make it my #1 rule never to let any gas touch my car. Are you sure it won't damage the paint?

Ok so so far I've tried sticker remover, goo gone, WD-40, acetone, gasoline, a scraper, clay bar, and plastic razor blades. Anything else that you guys might think will get this s*** off. I only have the "gs400" logo left.
