I have a new bumper and rep. tte lip .......should i have them painted then install the lip to the bumper....... Or should i put them together then paint them????????????? some advice please
Paint appart but paint at the same time.then put them together after dry. Pre fit up the lip and the bumper if u have to modify.if u paint them together it might peel on the edges that meet.jusr make sure its preped right. I paint at a shop hope this info helps
The only hesitation I'd have with molding it would depend on how low you are and how much you trust yourself not to damage the lip if you're really low.
I vote have the lip molded into the bumper, then paint.

thats cause ita a FRONT LIP...lol. seriously molding it looks the best but i would have had to mold it every single day, cause i scrape just getting into my driveway. its not worth it unless you are either not that low or its a show car. just my opinion
