For whats its worth i got a lot of help getting great rates on my ls430 projectors from HIDPlanet.com
I posted a thread simply saying "wtb ls430 projectors" and shortly after got emails from 4 different sellers all with verifiable previous sales/service. There is even a section to check other stats on each of their listed transactions. Anyways i got rates as high as $425 with tsx clear lens and color mod near mint, $375 with potted ballasts, and the ones i got for $275 with tsx clear lenses. The highest one sells a lot and has retrofits to do through the next of the year. The guy that sold me his is actually from Sacramento and offered to drive them personally to my office.
If anyone is looking into a retrofit i recommend looking there. Many sellers have other components u may need, however, none of them had any experience with the lexus gs. So i've stuck to Mr. Jokester's thread for step by step. I would say anyone can do this retrofit with all the info and support here. Im not done but after cracking the first one open without issues im much more confident in the process.
