My 1999 Silver Gs300 is in need of some new tires, and I figured that I could look into getting some new rims as well off Craigslist. I have black headlights and tail lights, so I was looking for some rims that had some black in them. I came across these black Enkei 19" rims with 275/35/19 tires on them. http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/pts/3009488965.html
I searched the forums for at least an hour and found some good knowledge regarding if the rims will fit without rubbing against the top fender well, and since they are still in the stock range for diameter according to http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecal...?action=submit, they won't rub.
What I am wondering, however, is that since these tires are 275 width, and the stocks are I believe 215, will this cause any issues rubbing against the sides of the fender well?
Also, do you think these rims would look good on a Silver Gs300?

First off let me say there is no way of knowing these wheels would fit or not without knowing the width and offset. Not to mention the ad doesn't even say the bolt pattern. All it says is 5 lug. There are over half a dozen different 5 lug bolt patterns.
Judging from the photos they look like they are between 7.5-8.5 wide only and very high offset. Maybe 35 to 45. If that is correct the wheels will fit but is not the ideal fitment for the vehicle.
Also from looking at the photos I will guarantee they are not 275/35R19. They look closer to 215/35R19 or 225/35R19 and they are completely bald
And to answer your last question I think the rims are very out dated and look like ***. My suggestion is do some more research and keep looking.
