I am still looking for a rear bumper to complete my setup. For now I just did a modification until I find one that I really like. Tell me whatchya think about it.

Hey HI98GS, your rear looks pretty nice. . What kind of wing is that? is it molded on or something? Well do you have a side shot of your car, i think that'll be nice.. Good Job

I'd say that is just perfect. Keep the OEM look, with just a little pizazz.

I have the same question.

How did you do that?

Was it a DIY or did you have a shop do it?

Looks very clean!! I love the OEM look with the added aftermarket look!

I'd also like to see a 3/4 view of the car and check out that killer spoiler you have. That thing is wicked!

If there is a template for the 3 holes in the rear bumper, I'd like to get my hands on it. I'll get my dremel ready!!

I nice mesh behind those 3 holes would really finish it off!

I dunno. Mesh behind the rear bumper? I think of Rice Civic when I envision that. JMHO

HI98GS,

Now that is a nice mod you did.. I have to agree with Dex the mesh on your White GS wouldn't do it justice.. On a Black GS with your modified rear apron I would consider mesh thou..
Are you gonna let us guys know how you did this mod.. I'm really curious!

In order to do this, you need to have a template. I have a graphics design friend who made me a sticker with the design. I then placed the sticker on and had another friend (who ones a body shop) cut out the template. It really isn't hard at all. The trick is make sure you like what it looks like first then get someone you can trust to cut it. Of course if you really wanna finish it off, you may want to repaint the bumper so the part that was cut out (the edges) are painted. If you want the dimensions of the template, I can send them to you, or if you really want, I can see if my friend will make a few more stickers/templates, and I can send them.

wonder if that will help decrease the air resistance, letting air to escape instead of getting trapped back behind the rear bumper. Not like it makes a huge difference anyways. In any case, it looks nice. Good idea.
