If you were missing a bumper bolt or they were loose, the bumper would be separated from the fender.

That doesn't look like its from a missing bumper bolt. thomasgs4 is right it would be loose were it meets the fender. If you haven't owned the car since new maybe had a fender bender leading to a broken tab on the headlight itself or a ill fitting aftermarket bumper.

mines kind of the same thing (gap between headlight and bumper) on 1 side.

its prob a aftermarket bumper, or aftermarket headlight

If you want ill Snap a picture of how it looks when I get back to my car

I would try taking of and putting the bumper back on (I did this when installing my lip). The gap got a little smaller.

For all you guys with this gap after a little fender bender either a tab is broken on the headlight not letting it sit in the correct location. Or the radiator support can be pushed back slightly not letting the headlight sit flush with the bumper.

Im not gonna just go and buy a brand new bumper, what tab? Whats it look like? And where does it go? Lol like im trying to say, me and a few others in here have no clue what the deal is and was hoping for a quick fix with info from previous owners who have encountered this problem, looks like im not alone though...
