GS400 Valve Cover grommets or 1uz?
i decided to powder coat my valve covers and the four spark plug grommets are so old that they're rock solid. Anyone ever replaced those grommets out of their 1uz motors? Whats the best way to take those out with out having to bend the tabs on the back side or is it the only way?
