I'd say the only way to get a true JDM GS is for it to be a right-hand-drive Aristo from Japan.

We can add JDM parts to our Lexus, but IMO I wouldn't consider the entire car to be JDM.

Well, I read these magazines, and they use JDM parts, though the car is left-hand drive...

I dunno, just a thought...I wonder was JDM anyone's motivation to mod.

I think some of the motivation here to use JDM parts is because of the quality and fit of the products. Not to try to make the "car" JDM. For example, how many times have we heard about problems from Rod-Millen and L-Sportline not fitting quite right on our cars. I think they have quality control issues. However, I haven't heard about JDM parts warping or not fitting right.

True indeed....
Well, speaking for I..... I use JDM parts because the quality and fit is much better than what is offered here in the States. And also over here in the states our selection is very limited for our Lexos... Also, since are cars were born there they have a jump on the goods... My GS isn't JDM but I got some JDM in my GS...

well actually a lot of time is because the Japanese get better things than us, mainly more performance and better style. adding JDM parts sometimes add performance but for many of the Civic and integra guys it is all about show and no go.

the GS/aka Aristo in JDM term, was made in japan, so to me, it makes sense to mod the car with items that JDM offers...

YES, we do have 1-2 JDM Aristo owner here..one of them is
Aristo V300VE..he lives in okinawa
