Exclamation No Lights no start

hi everyone, i was jump starting my car (2003 Lexus GS430) the other day and when i turn the ignition the car made a honk noise duing the jump as if i pressed the horn. so i turn the key again and then there was another honk noise. i get out of the car and noticed that i messed up by puting the negative clamp on the positive battery terminal and the positive clamp on the negative battery terminal. when i noticed that i switched the clamps correctly this time but now the car does not start at all. plus the little green light around the ignition doesnt even light up. the battery is fairly new it just needed a jump. now my car is dead, how do i bring it back to life again?!!! ive asked around and people keep telling that i blew a fuse so i check all three fuse boxes which was a waste of time cuz i dont know but what fuse am i looking for? anyone have any suggestions? please help.

Probably one of the bigger fuses..such as the fusible link. They are usually held in by two screws, one on each side. Not 100% sure how these look on our cars

You might have busted the battery, old or not.
