stage 2 package (suspension, exhaust, steering ecu, and 18 tires and rims). Car has 23K miles. Any idea on what this car should go for as a CPO car through a dealership? Dealer is asking 44K which is way high IMO. Thanks for the comments.

Yup, way too high, you can get an 02 430 for that much. Ltuned doesnt even consist of that much $$$ done to it. SAlthough it is low mileage, id say mid 30's.
Around 35 - 37k.

I paid a pretty penny to add the L-Tuned Stage 2 kit to my 2002 GS430, knowing full well that I would not get a penny of it back when I eventually sell the car. Keep in mind that Lexus had terrible trouble selling L-Tuned GS cars--the market just didn't want them, which is why they don't come that way from the factory anymore. If you buy this car CPO from a Lexus dealer, you are actually doing them a favor, as most potential buyers will be scared off by the performance enhancements. Use that leverage to help in your price negotiations!
