Door Lock Actuator Motor Gear

Door Lock Actuator Motor Gear
I was changing out a burned out door lock actuator motor today. I used a small diameter drill bit to "coax" the gear off the motor shaft. A small piece of the gear chipped but I don't think that will be a problem however the gear spins freely on the new shaft. I'm trying to expoy the shaft and gear together but doubt if this will work.
Does anyone know of a source for the gear or am I going to have to buy a whole new actuator assembly? Any other ideas?
Thanks.

that thing is a PITA to get off!
when i was changing mine i had to take that piece off to put it on the new motor. i originally tried putting two flatheads (one on each side) and had a buddy who was helping me hammer at the same time. it moved after a while. it took me forever to get it off, i put a spanner that was small enough and hammered the heck outta it and kept using big spanners until it came off.
that things on there good, it definitely wont come off with just pliers

did mine a few weeks ago. hold the shaft just below the coupler with a pair of dikes then have a friend use a hammer and a small drill bit or narrow punch and hit the shaft through the coupler. few good whacks and mine came right off.
