Hard to find parts...?
Is it just a thing with the 2GS that parts are insanely hard to find and if not hard to find insanely expensive...? I ordered touch up paint for my cinnabar pearl from the Toyota/Lexus/Scion dealership that I work for three weeks ago and it's still back-ordered and my megan lowering springs took 3 months to ship... I see why most so many people are doing custom stuff to our cars instead of just ordering parts they can just slap on. Thoughts?

that sounds about right (to the hard to find expensive parts)
everything is discontinued, parts are hard as heck to find and super expensive or simply discontinued e.g. (tte lip)
(as least compared to parts i used to buy for my previous car)
most vendors here however, should have parts you are looking for. CMS has megan lowering springs (or the recommended BC coils) in stock actually you just gotta know where to look
i guess the motto is you gotta pay to play.
i personally dont know about the custom parts, if i buy something for my car (especially for the price it is) i rather it be "plug and play" and not have to do any modifying.
