Something is bad or disconnected behind the drivers door panel, take it off and inspect.. It def sounds like it has to be a fuse, i dont understand..

I've removed all 4 door panels, and checked every fuse. I need a diagram that shows me exactly where each wire is going starting from the battery all the way the the window motor, everything else works fine

Resetting the system should be in your owners manual.
(If the the power windows switch don't illuminate than you need to reset it)

im still stuck guys, I went thru the manual here..

and I cant find anything, the door lock switches work, and I get power to them but im not getting power to ONLY the windows..im really confused is there a Lexus electrician in the house?

Hey bro try to research on how to reset your windows switch, this happened to my buddies is250 and all I did was reset them. It worked right after that.. its something like that FLOCKOS4 said holding the switch down or up.

I've done that, and I'm sure the dealer tried that as well.. It's looking like I'm going to have to bring the car back to them and take out a mortgage to figure it out cause I'm not able to find any help or any leads

You ever get it to work. It looks like i had faulty connection to fuse panel. Was messing around a bit with it and all my windows work now. Now just need to fix my doors cant unlock or luck with key.
