Default Occasional Jerk

Yesterday while I was on the highway driving home from work I noticed an occasional jerk in my car. Its not making any weird sounds or anything but every now and then it will kind of jerk and I did notice the RPMs jumped up as well. It is hard to explain but its very annoying none the less. Does anyone know what this could be? Could it be the transmission? If so should I attempt to get it flushed?

I had that happen before and cleaning my battery cables seemed to help. My cable were full of corrosion.

Lol @ rogzballz. If it was boosted than maybe I would put my foot down, until then this is just for cruising. I would love to make it as fast as my GSX Eclipse though. I really hope the tranny isnt going bad though, that would suck really bad right now.

i dont have any right now, Ill definitely make more soon, hopefully I can make it to the track. Ive put that on hold to focus more on the GS. Im trying to get it in nearly perfect condition before I start modding it. The engine is strong and just recently I came into the problem with the jerking. I see all of these sweet GS's on this site and some are motivation but some are just dream killers because they are sooooo sweet, and I know they have fortunes in those cars.
Where are you in VA 99GS3?
